Though your work all together is quite sensational, this is one of my favourite newest shoots, because it’s the one I can relate to the most in my own work. The earthy tones, and the single on-shot-mode model.
I admire your ability to capture such metaphorical emotions through the display of objects around the model, without even to emphasise the existence of those object, rather throwing the model directly on the models face and blurring the atmosphere, which helps emphasise the expression of “Distraught, Calm, acceptance” Going from top to bottom, or at least these are the emotions they read to me.
All in all the simplicity in the entire piece is, simply beautiful.
